高校文化创意产业人才培养模式的探索—以艺术设计专业为例

文化创意产业是文化、科技和经济深度融合的产物,其凭借独特的产业价值取向、广泛的覆盖领域和快速的成长方式,正在成为现代经济和现代产业发展的新亮点。[1]近几年来,中国的文化创意产业迅速崛起,发展速度基本保持在15%以上,占GDP比重也稳步提高,2010年为2.78%,2011年首超3%,2013年已达3.77%。艺术设计行业作为文化创意产业的重要组成部分,其提供的高素质设计人才是文化产业健康良性、可持续发展的有力保障,而文化产业的繁荣发展也推动了艺术设计教育的发展和全面完善,二者相互依存,紧密相连。

  • 文化创意产业背景下的设计类人才需求现状

2、设计策划类人才被重视

二、高校艺术设计专业人才培养模式的可行性策略

1、以地域与行业需求为依据进行课程体系建设

2、探索校企结合、工学结合的教学模式

3、重视科技创新在人才培养中的作用

4、以设计竞赛活动为载体,实施项目教学

近年来,国内外各种级别的创意设计大赛层出不穷,有相当大一部分都是企业的实际项目,可操性强。教师应时刻关注最新的设计动态,Dota2外围指导学生参赛,可通过建立专业课程与设计大赛之间的对接,把大赛有规划的引入到教学过程中来,并以此为依托进行教学内容改革,制定一套相对应的教学评价标准。高校也可为了配合自身教学活动独立Dota2外围或与企业合作,举办小规模设计竞赛。[3]在竞赛的过程中,让学生接触真实的设计,调动学生的学习积极性,增强了学生的设计创新能力。

5、加强师资力量的建设

三、结语
